The decision to attend any HAY Yoga classes and perform any exercise remains the individual’s decision and the tutor cannot accept responsibility for problems during or outside a class.
You understand that it is your responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the yoga classes offered by HAY Yoga and their teachers. By attending a HAY Yoga class you represent and warrant that you are physically fit and I have no medical condition, which would prevent your full participation in our yoga classes or workshops.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga classes, health programmes or workshops, you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating in the programmes offered by HAY Yoga.
In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga classes, health programmes or workshops, you knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim you may have against HAY Yoga or any teachers for injury or damages that you may sustain as a result of participating in these programmes.
You understand that from time to time during yoga classes, the instructor may physically adjust students’ form and posture. If you do not want such physical adjustments, you will so inform the instructor at each class you attend. You also acknowledge that if you do wish to receive such adjustments, it is your responsibility to inform the instructor when an adjustment has gone as far as you desire at that time.
By acknowledging that you have read this document you hereby take full and sole responsibility from any liability of loss or damage to personal property associated with HAY Yoga classes or any other events.
Refunds policy:
If you withdraw within 24 hours of an individual class (contact us), you will be allocated another class at a later date, or in special circumstances a refund will be offered (less any merchant charges that may have been incurred).
No refunds can be given for any individual classes, special offers and events or block discounts once they have commenced.
If you are booked into a yoga class that has been cancelled or rescheduled, you will be awarded Yoga Points that can be redeemed for another class at a later date.
For special guest tutor classes and workshops, all refunds are arranged at the discretion of the individual guest tutor or service provider, not HAY Yoga.
Herm Retreat:
The deposit (per person) is non refundable and rooms will be allocated on a first come basis. The remainder of the full payment will be required 8 weeks prior to the date of the Herm Retreat. Travel insurance is advised in case of weather and consequent travel cancellation. A refund will only be offered if the event has to be cancelled due to COVID 19 or any Government lockdown restrictions.
